I was a little leery of ordering footed pajamas online since fit and sizing of baby clothes is tricky if you haven't had any experience with a particular brand. Unfortunately, 12 month footed pajamas were nowhere to be found. I broke down and ordered 3 sets from gap.com. I went ahead and ordered the 12-18 month size so Sarah would have room to grow and just in case babyGap ran small.
They are great! Yup, a little big... but not horribly. "Are they comfy?" you might ask. Well, take a look for yourself...
Mark was able to finally take Sarah to Dr. Beck for her 6 month checkup last week. Sarah is up to 19 1/2 pounds! Dr. Beck also gave Mark printouts of her growth charts (weight/length/head circumference). She is following the curves pretty closely - there was one blip on all of them at her 4 month checkup (the normal assistant was not there that day to do the measurements). It just goes to show you the variation between who does the weighing/measuring.
So, given her progress, it looks like Sarah is on track to be somewhere between 24 and 26 pounds on her first birthday!!!! I want to buy her birthday outfit already!!! =P
