First Trip to the Pool = FAIL!

Well, the past few days have been in the low 90's, so we thought we would venture out to the community pool and "test the waters".  After getting everyone in swimsuits, loading the stroller, and getting together swim diapers and a bathing suit for Sarah, I went to get her changed and nurse her one more time before we headed out.  

I had been trying to get her to nap all afternoon and of course NOW she decided was a good time to go to sleep!  So we had to wait for her to wake up, and by that time, the clouds had finally moved in (we expect rain tomorrow).  We walked down to the pool anyway, and Danielle patiently waited on going to the big pool so she could help me get a picture of Sarah in the baby pool.

One toe in the water and Sarah started howling.

Too cold.  For a baby anyway.  So Danielle made her way to the main pool while I calmed Sarah down.  Sarah and I then sat at the edge of the kiddie pool and watched the toddlers splash around.  So, no pictures of Sarah in the pool... that will have to be another day.
